Body Olive offers professional custom spray tanning services tailored to your skin type and desired outcome. We also provide premium self-tanning products for safe, effective use at home, with instructions supplied for optimal application.

Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on the Body Olive website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs is the property of Body Olive and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

Appointment Booking
All spray tanning appointments must be booked in advance to guarantee availability. Confirmations are sent via email and SMS. Please adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your spray tanning appointment. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Failure to show without prior cancellation will require full payment before future bookings can be made. Online purchases of self-tanning products require full payment at checkout via secure payment gateways.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Failure to show without prior cancellation will require full payment before future bookings can be made.

Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before service or product use. Body Olive reserves the right to refuse service if there are concerns regarding health and safety.

Results and Variability
Spray tanning results may vary depending on individual skin type, preparation, home care, medication, hormones, stress, and sleep. Self-tanning products require correct application for best results. Following our preparation and aftercare guidance is essential.

Aftercare Instructions
Aftercare instructions are provided on our website for all spray tanning services and self-tanning products. It is important to follow these instructions carefully to maintain and prolong your tan.

Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all online product orders within three business days. Shipping times vary by destination and courier service. Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Body Olive is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect details or third-party carrier issues.

Returns and Refunds
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, returns or refunds are accepted only for defective or incorrect products returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on Body Olive’s part.

Liability
Body Olive is not liable for any adverse effects or damages arising from the use of our services or products. By using our services and products, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks. Our offerings are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Packages and Promotions
